Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but strong clinical skills considered
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Able to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services that address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services according to district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-based initiatives promoting student growth
• Engage in ongoing professional growth to remain current with best practices in speech-language pathology
