Requirements Meets all state regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Master\'s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a clinical practice specialization. Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency with DaVita systems within 60 days.
