Senior Benefits Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the management of health and welfare benefit plans, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will provide subject matter expertise on administration, compliance, vendor management, and employee communication while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage compliance activities and develop communication strategies to promote benefit programs Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvements and oversee vendor integrations Provide project management support for benefit-related initiatives and ensure accurate benefit enrollment and payroll deductions Required qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years related to benefits administration Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred Prior experience with Workday and benefits administration systems preferred Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination for HRIS systems and benefit programs
