Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to diverse patients in both in-person and telehealth settings. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy focused on improving outcomes and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, uphold the highest ethical and clinical standards, and document care in a timely, compliant manner. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy in-person and via telehealth Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment records Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on patient care Monitor treatment progress, adjust interventions, and measure outcomes Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies Adhere to ethical, legal, and organizational standards of care Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices Skills Psychological assessment and diagnostics Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Clinical interviewing Treatment planning and case formulation Telehealth service delivery Clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) Risk assessment and crisis intervention Testing and interpretation of psychological measures Multidisciplinary team collaboration Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Requirements Active state Psychologist license (or license-eligible) Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from accredited program Supervised clinical hours meeting state requirements Experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT) Familiarity with telehealth platforms and standards Credentialing with major insurance panels (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Chapter 13 Trustee Middle District of Alabama
