Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO 400 West 16th Street Start Date: Immediate or upon completion of licensing End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Full-time, outpatient and hospital coverage Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, DEA required Experience: Open; recent graduates with strong skills encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits Salary: Highly competitive, $550,000 $610,000 annually (based on experience) Additional Compensation: High-productivity bonuses; relocation assistance and potential loan repayment Benefits: Paid malpractice, including tail coverage CME allowance Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement plans (403(b) with employer matching & 457(b Wellness programs and voluntary benefits (FSA/HSA, pet insurance, discounts) Paid family and medical leave, including Colorado FAMLI What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general urologic care for adult patients in outpatient and hospital settings Perform diagnosis and surgical interventions for a wide range of urologic conditions Use advanced robotic technology, including DaVinci XI systems, in surgeries Collaborate with a team of four experienced urologists and support staff Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies Document patient care using Epic EMR Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient care excellence Support hospital and community outreach efforts What You Need Required: Medical degree (MD/DO) Urology certification (Board Certified or Board Eligible) Active DEA license Ability to support visa candidates Preferred: Prior experience in general urology or robotic surgery Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to high-quality patient care About the Assignment Join a high-volume urology practice at UCHealth Parkview Medical Group in Pueblo, Colorado.
