The Opportunity:

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Optician to join our team. You will help patients find eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, personality, and budget while making the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Our optical gallery features a broad selection of stylish, functional, and high-quality frames and lenses. Optical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an exceptional candidate with relevant sales, customer service, or healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Help patients select frames and lenses
• Take accurate measurements and manage eyewear orders
• Fit, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair glasses
• Maintain frame inventory and an organized optical gallery
• Provide warm, professional service by phone and in person
• Support scheduling, check-in, and other practice needs as necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Optical experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings

Schedule:

This is an in-person position with no weekend hours.

• Monday: 7:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m.
• Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.–7:15 p.m.
• Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 9:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m.
• Friday: 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation:

$18–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
