Labor and Employment Associate

TGC Talent has partnered with a growing national Am Law 200 firm to identify an experienced associate for its expanding Labor and Employment practice in Los Angeles. This is a chance to join a collaborative, growing practice group with a strong national platform. Qualifications: 4–8 years of experience in employment counseling and litigation Experience with wage and hour class actions Experience with single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases Superior research and motion drafting abilities Proficiency in taking and defending depositions Trial and/or trial preparation experience Restrictive covenant and traditional labor experience a plus Must be admitted to practice in the State of California #J-18808-Ljbffr
