Corporate RecruiterOnward Search is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for internal teams as we continue to build and launch new, exciting divisions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience recruiting in the staffing industry or hiring for sales roles.Key Responsibilities:Support full-cycle internal recruiting including roles across Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP-level) and emerging business divisionsPartner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelinesSource, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal tools, and proactive outreachManage candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTrack activity and results against established weekly KPIs and adjust recruiting strategies as needed to meet hiring goalsProvide a strong candidate experience while moving quickly and decisivelyRequired Qualifications:Staffing industry recruiting experience required; candidates without staffing experience must have demonstrated experience recruiting for sales rolesProven ability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal oversight while consistently meeting weekly recruiting KPIsExperience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levelsStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneouslyAbility to step in quickly and operate independentlyBachelor's degree requiredAbout Onward Group Holdings, LLC:Onward Group Holdings, LLC is a platform of specialized talent and workforce solutions brands that connect leading organizations with expert talent across high-demand industries.
