Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

As part of the team behind a variety of ketchup, BBQ sauce, and other tomato-based products, you will play an important role in keeping our production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.We are looking for a hands-on, dependable technician who enjoys troubleshooting problems, completing repairs, and helping keep a fast-paced food manufacturing facility running smoothly.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systemsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production needsReplace or repair motors, bearings, belts, chains, sensors, and other componentsComplete welding, fabrication, and basic machining work as neededDocument completed repairs and preventive maintenance activitiesAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projectsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety, food safety, GMP, and company proceduresWork closely with production employees and supervisors to reduce downtimeWhat We're Looking ForPrevious industrial maintenance experience requiredExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsWorking knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read equipment manuals, schematics, and diagramsWelding and fabrication experience is a plusAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needsStrong communication, attendance, and dependabilityWillingness to work second shift and additional hours when neededAbility to safely lift, bend, climb, stand, and work around industrial equipmentWhy Join The Fremont Company?Join an established, family-owned food manufacturing companyWork with a team known as the Ketchup and BBQ ExpertsGain hands-on experience with a variety of production and packaging equipmentBuild your technical skills and make a direct impactWork in a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environmentReady to put your maintenance experience to work with the Ketchup Experts?
