2nd Shift MIG Production Welder (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Celina, OH
Pay: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Pro Resources is seeking an experienced MIG Production Welder for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer in Celina, OH. This company specializes in custom metal fabrication and produces high-quality welded assemblies for automotive and industrial applications. Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings.
• Perform MIG welding in flat and vertical positions.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with industrial racks, containers, or welded assemblies is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier lifts as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and occasionally use a ladder.
• Ability to safely handle welding tools and equipment throughout the workday.
