Physical Therapist (PT) – Sun West Choice Healthcare and Rehabilitation Join our in‑house therapy team as a Physical Therapist. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or cognitive impairments. Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team. Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes. Maintain clear, professional documentation. What You Bring Active Arizona Physical Therapy license (or license‑eligible). Passion for patient‑centred care and teamwork. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training provided. Benefits $45–$55 per hour (experience‑based) plus a sign‑on bonus. Flexible 8‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and continuing education credits.
