Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel. Support day‑to‑day operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining post records, and following Allied Universal standards along with location‑specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, and/or city issued security‑related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
