AP COORDINATOR - CONTRACT

South Nashville - 100% onsite

Pay: $23 /hour DOE

Opportunity to join a busy accounting team in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and proper documentation
• Assist with vendor inquiries, discrepancies, and payment questions
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Strong Excel skills required
