What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established protocols exemplifying our commitment to excellence.
• Ensure result accuracy through analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for various tests as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and maintain our high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment.
