Immediate positions available - apply now! Responsibilities: This position includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees. Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers. Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics. Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales. Meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements. Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance. Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. 1 year of supervisory experience. Ability to effectively motivate others. Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods. Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent.
