Deli Team Member

Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. Build rapport with customers through eye contact, body language, and effective communication. Respond to customer questions in an efficient manner. Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to provide quality service and products. Support store operations across the Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments. Qualifications Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven. Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtual. Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology. Problem‑solving competency and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary. Ability to stay calm while working in a fast‑paced environment. Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
