Job Responsibilities for the Licensed Telesales Representative: Completes Enrollment and Plan Change Applications following a strict script protocol. Offers brief Q&A to prospective members or refers prospects back to Rep of the Day agent for deeper explanation. Makes outbound calls to current members who may be eligible for plan changes. Uses CRM for lead tracking, client status and follow-up. Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation: $15/hr. plus incentives for plan changes and new enrollments!
