What You'll Do

• Follow detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures while collecting and providing data as requested.
• Perform multiple tasks in the assembly of slot machines up to and including final assembly.
• Conduct visual and functional checks/tests to ensure high-quality work is maintained.
• Implement simple tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance.
• Report any safety concerns and problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Manufacturing Leadership.
• Perform accurate transactions within D365.
• Engage in other assigned duties including tear-down, material-handling, and more.
• Adhere strictly to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines.
• Participate fully in company health and safety programs and align with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
• Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry, warehouse environment, or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Proficiency in using standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers.
• Ability to follow complex machine and component assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) and standard industry workmanship practices preferred.
• Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Skill in operating testing equipment and taking basic measurements.
• Familiarity with ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced teamwork environment and work independently as needed.
• Understanding of ISO/Quality standards.
• Highly responsible and diligent individual with sensitivity to regulatory implications.

Pay Range
$18.00 - $23.40 per hour
