LVN – Sisters of Mercy Convent Care

Position Details:
• Pay Range: $30 – $40/hour
• Burlingame, CA
• 2 Per Diem openings available

The Sisters of Mercy are seeking compassionate and dependable LPN/LVNs to join our caring community team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a peaceful, home-like 25 room convent environment caring for retired Sisters who have spent their lives in service to others.

This is not a hospital setting and not a traditional nursing home . Our community allows for a sustainable workload, meaningful relationships with residents, and the opportunity to provide care with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Responsibilities Include:
• Direct resident care and medication management
• Monitoring and documenting health status changes
• Supporting CNAs and serving as Charge Nurse when assigned
• Communicating with care teams and providers
• Responding to emergencies and safety concerns

Qualifications:
• Active California LPN/LVN license
• 1 year experience with older adults preferred
• Basic computer, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
