• Outdoor, active job sites (heat, cold, varying conditions)
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more with assistance)
• Overtime and flexible hours may be required based on project needs

What you’ll do:

• Perform field testing on soil, concrete, and other construction materials
• Observe site activities and document results
• Work with construction plans, specs, and field data
• Communicate with project teams and clients
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate reports

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: * No experience required - we will train entry-level candidates and encourage them to apply

• Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record is required
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid

interpersonal skills are required

• Basic math, calculator, and computer skills are required
• The ability to read and understand work plans is required
• Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds if needed. Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance. * Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound

• Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold)
• Ability to climb occasionally

Preferred Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Experience performing field and/or construction materials testing and/or
