Construction Superintendent

Commercial Construction Supervisor

Lead local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projectsno travel required. Full-time position located in the Minneapolis Metro. Summary of responsibilities and requirements:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all phases.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to meet milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.
• Proven experience in commercial construction supervision and tenant improvements.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Saint Louis Park, MN.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
