We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to help shape the systems, processes, and technology that power our marketing engine. In this role, you'll be at the center of how marketing operates — designing scalable automation workflows, improving how data moves through our CRM and digital platforms, and helping the team make smarter, faster decisions through reliable reporting and insights.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy and ongoing improvement of our marketing automation ecosystem
• Design and manage scalable workflows, lead journeys, and campaign automation
• Oversee the CRM and related marketing systems, including governance and data quality
• Coordinate integrations between websites, digital tools, analytics platforms, and internal systems
• Build reporting, dashboards, and insights that help guide marketing decisions
• Partner with technical teams to define priorities, requirements, and solutions
• Help establish repeatable, well-documented processes that improve consistency and efficiency
• Work with leaders across marketing, sales, and strategy to support key business goals
• Guide and prioritize work for marketing technologists and analysts across teams

• Experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, CRM, or related technology roles
• Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and digital marketing systems
• Comfort working with technical teams and translating business needs into clear solutions

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and time zones
