Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the agent to acquire new customer accounts.
• Market State Farm products based on customer needs. 
• Continually learn our insurance products, market trends, and regulations to set yourself apart in the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with personalized insurance solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Utilize your exceptional sales skills to generate leads, follow up on referrals, and conduct targeted outreach to potential customers.
• Attend company sponsored training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

 

• 1-2 years of experience working in sales required, 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and time management abilities, and A self-motivated and driven attitude
• Proficiency in learning and using computer systems and software.
• Ability to get results within an integrity-based framework.
