Supervising Attorney Liens

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Supervising Attorney, Liens in Los Angeles, CA. Communicate and negotiate with medical providers and lienholders. Train staff on negotiating and documenting liens. Resolve outstanding liens to maximize client recovery. Stay informed of lien laws and regulations. Assist clients with lien‑related inquiries. Draft correspondence and legal research memoranda. Collaborate with litigation, settlement, and accounting teams. Requirements Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Liens. 5+ years of experience in personal injury or healthcare lien resolution. Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes preferred. Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar preferred. Experience with governmental and private insurance lien resolution. Experience writing department processes and procedures preferred. Experience in a plaintiff's law firm preferred. Education Juris Doctor degree. Certifications California Bar License preferred.
