Entry-Level Automation Engineer

Salary: $87,500 - 97,500 per year Requirements:

• We develop programming and software-based solutions across a range of engineering projects.
• We create controls programming for food and beverage processing, packaging systems, automotive assembly lines, and related machinery.
• We design automated test systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and Python for applications in EV batteries, aerospace, rocket, turnkey, and cloud-enabled test and measurement environments.
• We consult with clients, provide status updates, and maintain positive working relationships while addressing requests.
• We travel to customer manufacturing sites to commission solutions and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• We collaborate with project teams of different sizes and experience levels.
• We support senior engineers with scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects.
• We manage tasks with project teams, prioritize needs, and help address risks and blockers.
• We develop leadership capability as part of our growth path.
