As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you're leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm. (Saturday Rotation based on business need) As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.


How you create impact

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have required documentation prior to working onsite (Photocopy Identification and Birth Certificate or Passport)
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
