- Position Type: Contract (Contract-to-Hire)
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Start: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $40.00-$48.00 / Hour (USD)

- Assist project teams to document business process and identify ways to improve execution of projects and services to improve workflow and efficiencies.
- Present proposed project execution solutions (including software, hardware, code writing, automated processes, etc.).
- Responsible for executing proof of concept activities, including detailed savings, benefits, and automated process improvements.
- Implement technology solutions for the successful adoption.
- Provide technology support to teams and processes to ensure optimal utilization.
- Evaluate existing processes and technology tools, and deploy new tools to improve efficiency and workflow improvements on client projects.
- Research and implement new technology and develop innovative approaches to our services and client deliverables.
- Attend tradeshows and conferences to present emerging trends, markets, and technologies to leadership.
- Develop technologically innovative products, solutions, and services to create new revenue streams and improve project profit margins.
- Assist in the development of business cases for large investments and initiatives to enter into a partnership. Assist in the presentation and launch of a new venture through the Launch program.
- Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate integration of their solution(s) into business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and Strategic Initiatives, to build holistic and cohesive solutions for clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills with internal and external audiences of various sizes.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platforms.
- Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment, and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability in advanced learning of new concepts and applying knowledge to deliverables.
- Minimum 1 year of Procore experience required.
- Experience supporting clients with Procore software.
- Ability to work with clients to understand their workflows and implement that in the system.
- Background in project controls (software-side implementation analyst).
- Configuring and monitoring Procore to be used by project managers on a program; setting up Procore for managers to use.
- Experience with cost and scheduling, and reporting coming out of Procore.
- Strong knowledge in computer logic and data analytics preferred.
- P6 Primavera experience relevant (considered if Procore experience not available).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry; OR
- Associate Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry; OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Engineers in Training (EIT) Certification - Preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience (with Bachelor's Degree), or 5 years (with Associate Degree), or 7 years (with High School Diploma/GED), preferably in the consulting industry.
- Minimum 1 year of Procore experience required.
- Experience in engineering companies within the construction space preferred.
- Kansas City, MO - in office 5 days per week.
- No expectation for overtime.
- Will be assigned to a maximum of 2 projects; most likely assigned to one program (3-4 years in scope).
- Program teams are anywhere from 40-50 people; project teams approximately 20-30 people.
- Role is primarily behind-the-scenes configuring and monitoring Procore; candidate will work alongside a teammate when engaging with clients - not one-on-one client-facing.
- Interview process: 30-minute virtual interview followed by a 1-hour onsite panel interview.
