Senior Director Human Resources

LHH is partnering with a growing, innovative organization to identify a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Human Resources . This executive-level role will lead all aspects of the HR function while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Location: Fully Onsite | Approximately 40 miles east of Albuquerque, NM Responsibilities: Lead the organization's HR strategy and operations Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance Provide coaching and guidance to leaders across the organization Manage HR policies, programs, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Utilize HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance Experience supporting fast-growing, technical, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or similar environments preferred SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred What's Offered: Competitive base salary of $150,000-$190,000 Opportunity to influence company strategy and culture Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven environment Significant visibility with executive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
