Recruiter

What You'll Do Recruit candidates through phone calls, job ads, social media, referrals, and grassroots community outreach. Build relationships with local organizations, churches, community groups, and other key contacts. Distribute flyers and attend local events, fairs, holiday celebrations, and ESL classes. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and enter applicants into our recruiting system. Support candidates throughout the hiring and employment process. Work closely with onsite management teams to support employee retention and success. Assist with new-hire orientations and recruitment events. Represent our company as an employer of choice in the local community. High volume recruiting. What You Bring Bilingual Spanish/English required 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using a smartphone and computer Basic data entry skills Reliable transportation Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime Comfortable working in a client production environment If you're outgoing, community-minded, and enjoy helping people find employment, we'd love to hear from you!
