Senior Cost Accountant

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + 10% Annual Bonus We're seeking an Accountant Analyst to join our team in Devens, MA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment who enjoys partnering with operations to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing and financial analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance Analyze P&L and balance sheet impacts of operational activities Drive process improvements and financial automation (Excel Macros, Power BI) Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve profitability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics 2-5 years of general and cost accounting experience Manufacturing experience required (Aerospace preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP; CAS/FAR knowledge is a plus Experience with budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and automation experience preferred.
