Materials Process Technician

job summary:
Seeking a Materials Process Technician for a high growth DoW contractor in the Bolingbrook, IL area.

The Materials Process Tech would be responsible for maintaining and operating process equipment, preparing wafers and holders, inspecting and handling parts according to product specific requirements. Other technical support tasks in the manufacturing facility and administrative support tasks will be required.

responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize high-tech material growth reactors and process equipment to ensure all outputs strictly align with quality standards and design specifications.

• Provide cross-functional technical expertise to technicians, scientists, and engineers regarding advanced materials, device components, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Facilitate onboarding and training for incoming team members to accelerate productivity and maintain safety protocols.

• Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, optimize material tracking, and ensure seamless information sharing.

• Execute agile support across various operational tasks and special projects as required.
