Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Title

Starting pay is $30.03/hour, with overtime available. Work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks. $0.25/hr increase every 6 months for the first two years. Quarterly bonus based on plant performance. Additional quarterly attendance bonus. What You'll Do:

Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line. Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems. Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010. Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

We Need You To Have:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalency. Technical school degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement. A commitment to safety.
