Maintenance Supervisor

Asset Living is a third-party management firm founded in 1986, dedicated to fostering thriving communities nationwide across multifamily, single-family, affordable housing, build-to-rent, active adult, and student housing divisions. Location: Pinewood Lodge, Parker, CO 80138 Maintenance Supervisor Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintenance Management: regular daily onsite attendance, coordination of service requests, preventative maintenance, and procurement of supplies within budget. Inspections: daily site inspections of grounds, buildings, and community features to identify and resolve hazardous conditions. Records: maintain accurate logs of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and preventive maintenance status. Team Leadership: supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; provide coaching, performance evaluations, and enforce safety standards. Customer Relations: deliver excellent resident service, monitor response times, and project a favorable community image. Construction Oversight: give direction and monitor work to ensure quality, expediency, and compliance with asset standards. Emergency Response: participate in on‑call duties for night or weekend emergencies. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired. Basic computer and on‑site software skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements MS @ Small – Mid Sized Properties with smaller staff Regular movement, communication, and use of upper body during repetitive motions. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights for on‑call property emergencies. Tasks include navigating confined spaces, operating machinery, and handling loads of 100+ lbs. Exposure to outdoor weather elements and hazardous chemicals. Occasional stationary periods, including prolonged standing or sitting. MS @ Large Sized Properties with large staff Similar requirements for movement, communication, and handling of equipment and hazardous materials. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights for on‑call emergencies. Occasional endurance for standing or sitting, lifting and moving 100+ lbs. License/Equipment Reliable transportation required for emergency on‑call duty. Salary Range $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
