What You'll Do Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional attitude Direct questions and requests to the appropriate staff or department Provide information about available programs, services, and community resources Help visitors and clients complete sign-in and check-in procedures Keep records, files, and visitor information organized and up to date Assist with scheduling, appointments, and program waitlists Help address customer questions or concerns and involve the appropriate staff when needed Support front-desk safety and security procedures Assist with emergency procedures and communicate any facility concerns or damages Help keep the front desk and reception area welcoming and organized What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people Dependable and punctual Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling routine office tasks Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus!
