Responsibilities Perform expert-level troubleshooting and repair of residential HVAC systems Be responsible for sales results and setting replacement leads with the utmost integrity Install components in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards Perform preventative maintenance on systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency Communicate clearly with clients regarding their service needs and provide recommendations for follow-up service or upgrades Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs for billing and warranty purposes Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations on the job site Requirements Comfort and ability to sell products and services 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Benefits What We Offer!
