As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical building systems, including heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, and building automation systems. Your expertise will help ensure our community operates efficiently and reliably while enhancing the daily lives of the residents we serve.
