Job Description
As a Security Officer Front Desk Access Control in Atlantic City NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a residential location.
- Monitor access to the property greet and screen visitors verify authorization as directed and maintain visitor and/or vendor records.
- Respond to resident concerns incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
- Monitor lobby activity cameras alarms and communication systems as assigned and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A state county or city-issued security license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
