You’ll partner with architects, designers, developers, and general contractors to bring projects to life with our industry-leading fenestration solutions (windows, doors, and large opening systems).Key Responsibilities:Build and grow relationships with architects, builders, developers, and design professionalsServe as a technical resource on fenestration systems, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfactionDrive product specification and influence design decisions early in the project lifecycleDrive product specification and influence design decisions early in the project lifecycle, with a focus on fenestration performance, aesthetics, and system integrationLead product presentations and provide consultative guidance on design solutionsIdentify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accountsServe as a technical resource to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfactionMaintain an active pipeline and CRM database to track opportunities and client interactionsRepresent Western Window Systems at industry events, trade shows, and associations (AIA, CSI, etc.)Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilitiesMentor and support team members; participate in training and continuing education initiativesExperience in building products, construction, or the fenestration industry (windows and doors) strongly preferredWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in business, architecture, construction, or a related field (preferred)2+ years of experience in sales or sales support; building products or construction industry experience strongly preferredProven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makersStrong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skillsAbility to understand technical product details and translate them into customer solutionsHighly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight travel)Why Western Window Systems / MITER Brands?Industry-leading portfolio of premium, design-forward productsStrong reputation within the architectural and builder communityBacked by MITER Brands, a national leader in windows and doorsCollaborative, growth-oriented culture with opportunity for advancementAbility to make a visible impact in a high-demand market#MITERopswestWhat We OfferAt MITER Brands, we invest in your health, wealth, and wellness.
