Allagash Brewing Company, a Maine-based Certified B Corp known for quality, innovation, and sustainable practices, is looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to support and grow our presence throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. In this role, you'll spend most of your time in the fieldvisiting current accounts, opening new ones, working closely with our distributor partners, and making sure Allagash shows up strong on shelves, menus, and draft lists. You'll be the face of Allagash in the market, building lasting relationships, leading trainings and activations, and supporting events that bring our brand to life. You'll also be part of a collaborative and experienced sales team that values partnership, communication, and long-term growth in the market.

This market is fast-paced and relationship-driven, so experience in LA/OC, familiarity with the Reyes network, and comfort working with larger on-premise accounts will set you up for success. We're generally looking for candidates with 24 years of relevant experience, and experience working with or for a distributor is strongly preferred. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and bringing a positive, people-first approach to every interaction. We're especially excited to meet candidates who build strong partnerships and create genuine excitement around the brands they represent.

This is a full-time, salaried role with an annual base compensation range of $62,00-$75,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for our sales incentive program, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6,000 annually, along with strong benefits and long-term growth opportunities within the company.

A comprehensive onboarding process will take place at the brewery in Portland, Maine, and in the LA market. A minimum of two trips to the brewery are planned each year to connect in person with the broader sales team and spend time immersed in all things Allagash. There may also be occasional travel outside the LA/OC territory based on business needs, including support for crew drives, beer festivals, and other market activities.

This position includes some evening and weekend hours, as well as regular travel throughout the territory. A valid driver's license is required, and air and overnight travel will be part of the role. The ideal candidate will be centrally located within the Greater Los Angeles region, to allow efficient access to both LA and OC accounts.
