Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license with eligibility for practice
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Operating Room setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for various surgical specialties
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control standards
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures through equipment and instrument setup
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Provide assistance to surgeons and anesthesia providers as needed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall well-being throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation inline with facility policies
• Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members to ensure seamless workflow
