What You Need To Do:

• Develop cooperation with key partners in the automotive electronics field—distributors, retailers, car dealerships, online platforms, service centers, and corporate clients.
• Seek new partners and open channels for product promotion in international markets (cold contacts).
• Maintain and regularly update the database of partners and clients, ensuring the relevance of contacts and history of interactions.
• Conduct negotiations with potential partners to launch joint projects, activations, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collect and systematize feedback from partners and clients to influence product optimization and service improvement.
• Prepare reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of business initiatives and make informed decisions.

What Is Important For This Position:

• Experience in sales or business development for at least 2 years.
• Fluency in French (B2+ – C1) for successful communication with foreign partners.
• Willingness to form and work with a cold client base (search, cold calls—may take up most of the workday).
• Openness to working on a schedule in France for timely communication with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Experience in the automotive or electronics field is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency with PCs, particularly the Google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions.
• Independence, initiative, and a focus on results.
