This role is for someone who wants to make a significant impact in the emergency communication industry, providing essential, code‑required services. Responsibilities Educate and inform prospects on how Kings III’s turnkey emergency monitoring and code‑compliant video solutions provide peace of mind and regulatory compliance. Proactively prospect to achieve territory success, creating at least 30 new sales opportunities per month. Engage with 20‑25 prospects weekly, using direct prospecting, partner relationships, and networking events. Leverage in‑field visits and telephone outreach to self‑generate leads and opportunities. Dedicate no less than 50 % of your time to in‑person prospecting through door‑knocking, community and association events, tradeshows, and more. Persistently follow the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring no opportunity is left unturned. Adopt and refine a disciplined, repeatable sales process, continuously improving sales skills and industry knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least three years of B2B sales experience or related. Resilience and a proven track record in B2B full‑cycle sales, capable of building a new market. Experience selling to, or working with, property management companies is a plus. Strategic thinker experienced with a sales methodology such as SPIN or Challenger. Professional, positive attitude; adaptable, resourceful, and resilient. Self‑motivation, drive, and a competitive nature. Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce. Proactive communication skills; able to open doors and engage prospects in person and by phone. Assertiveness and persuasive skills; able to guide prospects through the sales funnel to a successful close. Reliable transportation and ability to pass an MVR check.
