Job Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage our sales department, ensuring its success. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, assist customers in vehicle selection, and explain product performance. Provide training and support to the sales staff to enhance skills and aid in closing deals. Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and manage all aspects of the sales department. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Highly motivated and target-driven. Interest in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment. Comfortable with commission-based compensation. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing. Strong customer service skills.
