Technical Sales Specialist

Technical Sales Specialist position with Pall Corporation focused on driving sales growth and margin expansion for filtration products across the Northeast. The role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting account growth in food and beverage processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer account plans to meet revenue and order projections
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
• Expand customer base through networking, lead follow-up, and new product promotion
• Maintain customer profiles, competitive analyses, and sales funnel management in CRM
• Oversee field sales personnel deployment to customer accounts as needed

Requirements

• Minimum three years of sales, business development, or account management in B2B environment
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in food science, chemistry, engineering, or business management
• Proven experience in food and beverage industry
• Strong filtration expertise with focus on spirits, beer, and dairy applications
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP sales tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel 60–70% domestically for customer engagement

Compensation: $100,000–$111,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
