Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent while upholding consistent global recruiting standards. This position blends strategic sourcing, hands-on recruitment, and a data-driven mindset to build diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical roles.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify and attract top-tier talent.

• Uphold consistent global recruiting standards.

• Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pipelines.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Skills

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.

• Coordination skills in recruitment processes.

• Expertise in talent acquisition and human resources.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.

• Proficiency in crafting and utilizing Boolean search strings for sourcing candidates.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, emphasizing the use of technology and data-driven strategies to achieve recruitment goals. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring a cohesive and efficient hiring process.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Daleville, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
