At Red Maple, every team member plays a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dishwashing & Cleaning : Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using a 3-compartment sink and high-temp dishwasher. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Kitchen Maintenance : Maintain clean floors, work areas, and kitchen equipment. Sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Food Prep Assistance : Help with basic food prep tasks like washing, cutting, portioning, and preparing ingredients.
• Restocking : Restock kitchen and service areas as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
• Team Support : Lend a hand to the kitchen team wherever needed and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

You’ll also be responsible for completing all opening, ongoing, and closing cleaning duties to keep our kitchen in top shape.

• Physical Stamina : You’re able to stand for extended periods, lift at least 50 pounds, and handle the physical demands of the job.
• Experience : At least 1 year of restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
• Weekend Availability : Saturdays and Sundays are required workdays.
