You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!What You'll Do:Greet guests as they arrive in the Service driveAdvising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriatePreparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelinesCollaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service executionMaintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service historyCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicleProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changesAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index ScoreProcess monetary transactionsWhat You'll Need:Full time availability.
