Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for site leadership and employees Manage employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws Maintain employee records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy Track attendance, manage policy enforcement, and support corrective action processes Partner with operations leadership to drive engagement, retention, and team performance Support onboarding, orientation, and training coordination for new and existing employees Promote a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or 3PL environments Strong employee relations and compliance background Experience supporting hourly workforces in a fast-paced operation Ability to work independently while partnering closely with operations leadership Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc.
