Group Logistics Manager

Ryder Truck Rental

Ryder System is seeking a Group Logistics Manager II to lead multi-site transportation and warehousing operations for key customers. In this role, you will oversee daily logistics performance, ensure safety and compliance, and drive on-time, cost-effective service. You will manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs while leading and developing site managers and frontline teams. The manager partners with customers on continuous improvement, network optimization, and new business launches. This role requires strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
