Mission Control Associate

Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility services, is seeking Mission Control Associates to join their team. As a Mission Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mission Control Associate

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range: 31/hr - $34.10 (Based on shift preference)

Shift:

• AM Shift - 4:00am 12:00pm

• Swing Shift - 12:00pm - 8:00pm

• Overnight Shift - 8:00pm - 4:00a

What's the Job?

• Be the first point of contact for basic remote vehicle troubleshooting

• Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center

• Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists

• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation within your market

• Create and escalate service disruption events via internal ticketing systems

What's Needed?

• Ability to type 45 WPM

• Prior experience with troubleshooting systems

• Computer literacy proficiency

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Proactive and resourcefulness mindset
